Reappearance of the Past
No explanation.
No words,
other than the ones
I already left there.
It seems you're no longer
comfortable with them,
what they mean,
what they say.
So you've left them behind
for me to stumble across
so it might rock my world
as it once rocked yours,
but not in quite the same way.
I'm still unsure of what
I'm supposed to gather from this,
so I fill in the blanks,
but I'm unsatisfied
with the words I choose.
Seems like not much has changed.
